Eligibility
To participate as a rider, an individuals age must be between 18 years and 75 years .  Riders must hold a valid full motorcycle driving licence authorising him/her to ride a 411cc/500cc motorcycle, depending on their selected motorcycle.  Participants shall be expected to be in reasonable health to meet the demands of the respective region they are going to tour.  Each applicant is advised to read the "advisories" for each of our regions to be fully aware of the expected conditions and the experience & skills required before signing-up/ committing to the tour.  Write to us if you have doubts or need further clarifications.
How to book/pay for the tour?
Just send us a Booking Enquiry via email indicating carefully your choice of Tour & the date of its commencement.  We’ll check for availability & your eligibility and reply with links to our online Tour registration forms via email. Once you’ve returned the completed registration form we’ll send you an email with an Invoice detailing the total amount payable for your booking with us. You will then have to proceed to make payments for your booking as per the Payment Policy (below).
Payment Policy
When you book a tour with us payments shall become due as per the following table:

Cancellation policy
When you cancel a tour booked with us, refunds shall be made after deduction of cancellation charges as per the following table:

TWIN-SHARING ACCOMMODATION
The regular price of the tour is per person on the basis of twin-share accommodation. “Twin Share” means sharing either a “double bedded” OR a “twin bedded” room with either your companion (wife, husband, partner, friend etc.) or another member of the tour of the same sex (as assigned by us). However, an unaccompanied participant’s “twin-share “ booking is accepted only on the condition that if no roommate is available, the participant accepts that a single accommodation price be charged over and above the tour price. If you don’t want to share a room you can purchase a single accommodation add-on. In fact, we recommend booking a "single" accommodation if you're a light sleeper or a loud snorer yourself. Single Accommodation is subject to availability. Please book early or check with us. We reserve the right to impose a “single accommodation” price on a participant, like a minor participant or an unaccompanied participant, if he/she cannot be accommodated with another member of the tour due to any reason(s). Further details will be available for your perusal in the terms & conditions appended to the tour registration form.
